The
Circular Stretch exercise is a popular exercise in
which you use one hand and a limp penis

Warm-up thoroughly

To begin this
exercise grasp the head of your penis in one hand and stretch it out
in front of you.

Hold it steady for
4 to 5 seconds. Release, and then stretch it upward and hold for 4
to 5 seconds. Do not release.

Slowly rotate the
penis either clockwise or counter clockwise until you are back to
the starting point. This should take only around 5 seconds to
complete the circle.

Repeat all the
above for around 25 times which should take 5 minutes
After each circle, you should slap your penis
against your thigh and gently massage it to restore normal circulation.
