Once you have been on
Standard Jelq exercise program for at least four weeks you may use
the more advanced exercise,
Jelq and Hold exercise.
Warm-up thoroughly
To begin you should lubricate both hand and your penis. Start with a partial erection.
Using the same grasp and sitting position as with the standard Jelq slowly descend down the shaft of your penis.
