Once you have been on
Standard Jelq exercise program for at least four weeks you may use
the more advanced exercise,
Jelq and Hold exercise.
Warm-up thoroughly
To begin you should lubricate both hand and your penis. Start with a partial erection.

Using the same
grasp and sitting position as with the Standard Jelq slowly
descend down the shaft of your penis.

When you reach the
head of your penis, hold this position for 15 seconds and then start
an "OK" position grip at the base of your penis with the other hand.
When this hand reaches the head, hold again for 15 seconds.

After completing
this procedure for 4 or 5 times, massage the penis to return normal
circulation.

You can repeat
this method more than 5 times if you have the time.
This Jelq and Hold exercise not only lengthens and widens your
penis but will also increase the size of the head.
