PC Flex Exercises is also known as Kegel Exercises.

Warm-up thoroughly

Sit down with your back straight
and obtain an erection.

Tense your PC muscle (muscle
that is located between scrotum and anus) so your penis jumps up for 3-5 seconds and let it rest for 5 seconds.
That is the end of one repetition.

Repeat for the desired number of reps. Start slowly with 50-100 reps a day and slowly build up to 500 reps.

Performing 100-500 reps of this exercise a day will give you an extremely strong PC muscle.
This exercise can be performed anywhere. Dedicate as much time you think is necessary.
