Long Shlong Exercises
The Long Shlong
technique is also known as The Power Stretch technique. The Long Shlong is set of exercises that were designed to
stretch and enlarge the penis. This may be an exercise that will help lengthen, but it will also help with the fitness of your penis.
When you stretch your penis, you are in actuality stretching the cells and tissues of your penis. When you do this, the stretching makes more space for blood to flow into your penis, which will increase the length of your penis whether it is hard or limp.
Before beginning any of the Long Shlong power stretch exercises, you should have used the
warm-up session (click here for the warm-up session). Now, before beginning, be sure that your penis is limp. If your penis is even just a little bit erect, it will be difficult to perform these exercises.

The Long Shlong Quick Summary |

Warm-up thoroughly
Start with a flaccid penis
Take the tip of your penis below the head
Stretch your penis out (away from you), hold for 15 seconds
Repeat the above steps for a couple reps
Relax & gently massage the head of your penis
Stretch your penis to the right, hold for 15 seconds
Relax & gently massage the head of your penis
Stretch your penis to the left, hold for 15 seconds
Relax & gently massage the head of your penis
Repeat for the desired number of reps

Basic Long Shlong |

Warm-up thoroughly

To begin the Long
Shlong exercise, you should have a flaccid penis.

Take the head of
your penis in one hand. If you have foreskin, be sure to pull it
back so it is not in the way. You do not wish to stretch the skin
only your penis.

Now, stretch your
penis straight out in front of you. Hold it there for 10 to 15
seconds. Grip your penis just below the head, and pull it out in
front of you once again and hold it for 15 seconds. Repeat this step
for a couple minutes.

Double-Handed Shlong |
|
Once you have been on
Basic Long Shlong exercise program for at least four weeks you may use
the more advanced exercise,
Double-Handed Shlong exercise.
Warm-up thoroughly

Now, you should be
standing and your penis should be limp, grasp your penis by the head
with one hand and stretch out in front of you.

Pressured Long Shlong |
|
Once you have been on
Basic Long Shlong exercise program for at least four weeks you may use
the more advanced exercise,
Pressured Long Shlong exercise.
Do not use any type of lubrication, as it will be harder to grasp the
head of your penis.
Warm-up thoroughly

Now, you should be
standing and your penis should be limp, grasp your penis by the head
with one hand and stretch out in front of you for 10 seconds.

With the thumb of
your other hand, slowly apply pressure to the top of your penis
close to the base.
