Once you have mastered the
Standard Jelq you can then advance to other variations when you feel
comfortable and if you feel like it is necessary.
Warm-up thoroughly
Stroke your penis until you have a partial erection.
Sit in a comfortable chair with your back straight
Place one hand on the base of your penis using your thumb and middle finger
(make an "OK" grip).
Slowly and firmly stretch your penis toward the head.
Now, with the other hand begin at the base and stretch firmly toward the head of your penis.
As one hand is leaving the head the next should be starting at the base and moving upward,
this way one hand will be stretching when the other releases.
This should be performed at least 4 or 5 times per session and then you gently massage
your penis to return normal circulation.
Quick Note: If you notice red blood spots at the tip of your penis after the session, do now worry this is quite normal
and will disappear in a few days. Remember, with this exercise the more intense your workout the faster
you will notice results.
This method works because it pushes blood into the head of your penis.
The more blood that accumulates the thicker and larger the head of your penis will become.
