that they prefer to create their own lubricant using a variety of
essential oils.
Some of the most popular lubricants on the market today include
Johnson & Johnson's Baby Oil with Vitamin E, Vaseline Aloe
Naturals, and Albolene liquefying cleanser. Women to remove makeup often
use Albolene liquefying cleanser; however, it has been used for years by
people in the porn industry.
Now that your penis is awake, you are ready for the
warm-up exercise. This will also aid in blood flow.
For this warm-up exercise, you will need to sit in a comfortable
chair with your back erect as possible.
Using your favorite lubricant, apply it to your penis and stretch
your penis out in front of you.
With one hand put pressure towards the head of your penis,
increasing the pressure as you penis begins to get hard.
Now, stretch your penis to the left, right, up, and down.
Repeat this exercise for a few minutes. Do not be over forceful
