If you are wondering why the warm up portion is so important you must understand that these warm up exercises help to draw blood to your penis, which will increase the blood flow. The very first thing you must do before you begin is to wake up your penis and get that blood flowing. The best way to do this is to use what some term the "Wake-up" procedure.

For this, you will need a soft hand towel.

  • Soak the hand towel in hot or warm water and ring it out well. Test it on your abdomen to ensure that it is a comfortable temperature.

  • Now, wrap the wet, warm towel around your entire penis. Be sure that the head of your penis is also covered completely in the towel. Your penis can be either erect of soft for this warm up procedure.

  • Hold the towel on your penis for three to five minutes. After this time, remove the cloth and dry your penis with another dry soft towel.

  • When you remove the towel, you will notice that your penis is a light pinkish in color, do not be alarmed, this is normal. The pinkish color is due to the increased flow of blood and from the heat of the towel.

The reason for using the Wake-Up method is to help not only with blood flow but also the moist heat will help to make the skin softer and more pliable and will aid in a better grip for the enlargement exercises.

    Some of the most popular lubricants on the market today include Johnson & Johnson's Baby Oil with Vitamin E, Vaseline Aloe Naturals, and Albolene liquefying cleanser.     Now that your penis is awake, you are ready for the warm-up exercise. This will also aid in blood flow.

    • For this warm-up exercise, you will need to sit in a comfortable chair with your back erect as possible.

    • Using your favorite lubricant, apply it to your penis and stretch your penis out in front of you.

    • With one hand put pressure towards the head of your penis, increasing the pressure as you penis begins to get hard.

    • Now, stretch your penis to the left, right, up, and down.

    • Repeat this exercise for a few minutes. Do not be over forceful after your penis is hard.

    This should be done by apply a warm moist towel and a gentle massage. This helps to optimize the healing and rebuilding of the cell tissue of your penis. Heat is great for restoring any nerve and sensitivity problems that you may have received during your penis enlargement exercises and it helps to promote the faster re-growth of the tissue cells.

    After every workout, you should have a warm-down session, including after your warm-up.

    • You should first gently massage your penis for at least one minute. You can also use an herbal cream if you would like.

    • The best massage method is to use a soft, circular motion. You should use your index finger and your middle finger.

    • Begin at the base of your penis and massage gently up the shaft.

    • The massage should be gentle and pleasing; your penis just had an exhausting workout.

    • After the massage, you should once again apply a warm moist towel.
